Hi, I’m Mindy Bolton, a mom of two from the Twin Cities!

I’m an intergenerational, all-abilities creative engagement and embodiment facilitator with over a decade of experience in communities that provide residency, long-term care, day-time care, and emotional support services. My mission is to create simple, site-specific gatherings that focus on human connection and the art of “being with” one another.

Empowering, supporting, and celebrating paid and unpaid caregivers (people), is a huge part of this mission!
